Action is really one of my favorite stores. Not when it is about make-up, but I love to buy here cheap little stuff. Also for my school stuff or other little things which I need, I go to the Action. Long ago, I bought this palette at Action. Today I write a review about this cheap palette. Curious if it is worth it?

The package

The package looks really pretty, but also really cheap. It is just a normal package, what looks pretty cool. This palette lays for a long time in my drawer, so it is pretty much a miracle that it still looks so good. The package is transparent, where I am a big fan of. Now you can see the colors and you don’t have to see this on a picture on the back.

These are the colors. The palette has a total of 28 colors. Some colors are really bad, but that is just, because I don’t like light colors. You will see on the swatches later, that these colors are pretty bad, but the darker colors are pretty good.

You get two normal brushes with the palette. These brushes are really my nightmare, but this time they work pretty good. Especially by applying the swatches, I am pretty satisfied. I have the feeling these brushes have a different structure, than the other cheap brushes, but that will be only me. The only annoying thing about these brushes is the colors staying on the brush for way too long. This way you mix the colors with the other colors. I am always to lazy to clean the brush after every color..

As you can see on the picture, the brush is pretty dirty. I only used the brush once and now it is already really dirty..

Swatches

As I already said, I am not a big fan of the lighter colors. You can barely see them on my white skin and that while I stroke the color a couple of times on my arm. The darker colors are still pretty beautiful. For example the brown/purple colors and the grey ones. I think the third color is really beautiful as well. I am probably going to use this color under my eyebrows.

The first colors were pretty bad, but with these colors it is another story. Every color is really beautiful. There is also a bit of glitter in these colors, but not that much. You also have those palettes, which have a lot of glitters, so you eyes almost light up.

Also about these last colors I am pretty enthusiastic. On one way or another, the first colors (from left to right) have very less pigment, but the other colors are really beautiful. The palette is definitely worth to buy it and especially because of these last colors.

I’ve made a simple look with the colors of this palette. I have used the black color and the blue colors. I also used a bit of the grey colors, but this is more because of the glitter. Under my eyebrows I have used the white colors and that gives a pretty nice effect. My eyebrows look way smoother and I am definitely going to use this more.

For the price of 2.50 euros, this palette is definitely worth it. A couple of colors are really beautiful and you don’t get these for only 2.50. What do you think of this palette?
