It is pretty hard to make beautiful product pictures. I think it is also very important to have a nice background or a nice photo prop on my pictures. Still, photo props are pretty hard to find. A while ago I have found a couple of nice photo props. Curious which photo props I have got?

Wooden coasters

I use this mascara as an example. I will publish a review about this mascara soon. First of all, it is really nice to use wooden coasters. You can use a bigger coaster or maybe a cutting board, but I think product pictures with small coasters are really nice as well. This coaster is in the shape of a whale and that gives a nice effect to this picture.

Cutting board

Besides that, I was looking for a nice background for my pictures. I preferred one in a color. Sometimes my pictures just need some extra color. This is a cutting board in the shape of a skateboard. You can use this cutting board as a background of your picture as well, but I have chosen to use this cutting board as a part of the picture. On this picture, you see a bit of orange, white and blue. It is also nice to use this cutting board completely (or as a cutting board 😉 ).

Snow

I am very enthusiastic about this fake snow. I didn’t expect that this would give such a nice effect. I will definitely use this when I start with my Christmas articles. I still have a Christmas hat and I definitely know that would give a really nice effect when I put snow on this. This snow would be awesome as well with a gray background.

Tape

A while ago I have used a lot of tape on my product pictures. I have a very big box with a lot of washi tips. You can color this tape as well, but I think it is really nice in black and white. I just put this tape on my window sill and after that, I make a picture. Next, I just put the tape back on the roll and then I can use it for the next time. Super nice!
