A couple weeks ago I have written an article about an amazing longboard. A person who bumps her elbow, knee, little toe and head frequently. You recognize that, right? Being clumsy is sometimes not that.. Handy.

You would think that I as a clumsy person can’t stand on a longboard. A longboard is actually a sort of skateboard but then longer. You see a lot of crazy videos of people riding on a skateboard and falling. This is actually not the case with a longboard. A longboard is very stable and that’s why it is perfect for a person who is clumsy. I have also a drop-through longboard and that one is super stable.

When I saw a couple of youtube videos, they said that steering with a longboard is really hard. I don’t think this is hard. I think the steering is super easy, but going fast with the longboard is pretty hard. Sometimes I barely come forward and that while a longboard can go pretty fast. Well, I better be careful than not. I don’t want that my longboard goes faster than me of course.

I need to practice a bit of course, especially for going fast.  Still, I can stand on the longboard and nobody notices that I am really clumsy. Well, I am not going to do a lot of tricks or other things. I hope I will go touring and make beautiful pictures this holiday.
