I need to choose my study this year and I think this is really hard. There are a lot of studies I don’t like, but there are also a lot of studies I just doubt about. I knew choosing a study was really hard, but now it comes so close and I think this is even harder. I have a lot of studies I really want to visit. If you know some nice studies, then I would love to hear that!

Communication and information science

I am not sure about this study. On the bachelor day, this study really sounded amazing. I still need to try out this study, so I can see if this study really suits me. This study looks a bit like journalistic, but then with a whole lot more theory and that looks so amazing to me. The only thing I doubt about is the people who pass the first year. This percentage is only 44%. I want to study in Amsterdam so bad. This is a beautiful city and pretty close to me (40 minutes with the train). I would like to study at the VU because they have the study there.

General social sciences

I really doubt about the next five studies. Soon I will visit a bachelor day of these five studies and then I hope I can delete some studies of my list. This is a study which combines psychology,  sociology, Anthropology, and geography. I am very curious about these studies.

Cultural anthropology and development sociology

I think cultures and societies are really amazing subjects. It sounds amazing to visit a country like Africa and examine how these cultures work. They also say that you can be a journalist with this study and that sounds amazing to me. This study is focused on faith as well, so I don’t know if I like that.

Psychology

When I was fourteen I was really attracted by psychology. They only said that everyone chooses psychology and that this isn’t a really special study. Besides that I am very interested in journalistic, so I don’t know if this study is something for me.

Politicology

Migration, economic crisis, terrorist threat. A lot of subjects which really interest me and this study is all about that. I am going to take a look at this study as well on the bachelor day of the uva.

Sociology

This study has also a lot of subjects which really interest me like inequality, migration, social movements and much more. I just not that enthusiastic about this study yet.

Communication Sciences

This study really attracts me. If I am going to do this study, then I will definitely study in Amsterdam. This university has a lot of contacts and is one of the best school in communication and media. I am definitely going to try this study out. I am very curious if you will write a lot about this study as well or maybe it is more about films or people. If you do this study, then I would love to hear more about this study!
