Last Monday I talked about an amazing discount at a drugstore. I have bought a lot and of course a couple of lipsticks. Today I review two lipsticks. The Essence sheer & shine lipstick and the Essence long lasting lipstick. Curious to these budget lipsticks and how they are on my lips?

Essence

These are the two lipsticks. The left lipstick doesn’t look like a budget lipstick. The package is really beautiful. The right lipstick is really a budget lipstick. When I  grab the cover too tight, then it will definitely break. I am a huge fan of the package of the left lipstick, but the right package is not the best.

Beautiful colors

The colors are seriously beautiful. These are exactly the colors I normally use and I really needed a new budget lipstick. The left lipstick is more for a bigger look and the right lipstick for an everyday look.

The two colors look on the back really like each other. There wasn’t a tester from the sheer & shine lipstick and it was a huge surprise which color I would get. Actually, you can’t trust the back at all.

The swatches on my arm are really different than the color of the lipstick. The upper swatch is the long lasting lipstick and the bottom the sheer & shine lipstick. The upper lipstick is so beautiful and I would use that one literally every day. The bottom swatch looks way different than the lipstick, way lighter.

This is the long lasting lipstick. It is a really beautiful color and just a shade darker than my own lip color. I am going to wear this lipstick more often to school.

This is the sheer & shine lipstick. Really a different color than the swatch and actually really beautiful.  It is another color than I normally have. I need to say that both lipsticks feel really good on my lipsticks and I think that is really important. The lipsticks are really good for just a little price.
