Due to the season change, my skin is extremely dry again and that’s why it’s time to try a new mask. On my Instagram, you already saw it, the Pixi Glow Mud Mask. I received a lot of comments about it being a great mask, but is this really true? You can read that in this blog!
Pixi Glow Mud Mask
This is what the mask looks like. It is just in a simple green package, what we are used to from Pixibeauty. The mask has a simple twist cap, from which you can easily squeeze out the substance. On the back, there is also a small indication of how to apply the mask.
What Pixi Beauty says about this mask

How do you apply this mask?
You are supposed to apply this mask in the evening, but you can actually apply this mask at any time of the day.
Apply a thin layer to clean skin and avoid the area around your eyes. After that, leave the pixi glow mud mask for 15 minutes and then remove the mask. At last, pat your skin dry.
You can use this mask 2 to 3 times a week or as a spot treatment. For the best result, use Glow Tonic.
This product can be used for about 4-6 weeks, but it is of course entirely up to how often you use the mask and how much you apply to your face.
What do I think of this Pixi Glow Mud Mask?
It sounds too good to be true, but does the mask really work for my dry skin?
When you apply the mask, it feels pretty dry. As you can see in the photo, it is a simple blue mask with a fairly thick structure. It doesn’t spread easily and at first, I had the feeling that it would only make my skin drier. As the minutes passed, the mask became a little harder, giving me the impression that my skin would be super dry. Yet this wasn’t the case!
After I removed the mask from my skin, my skin felt hydrated and almost all the bumps on my skin had disappeared. I did have a few dry pieces on my skin, but these had become a lot less because of the mask.
This mask doesn’t immediately solve all problems with my dry skin, but it has made my skin a lot better.
I must add that I used glow tonic after the Pixi Glow Mud Mask. On the back of the package, it says that it is recommended to use glow tonic after this mask and I have done this. Glow tonic already fixed my skin issues, so I think the glow tonic has made the result better than when I haven’t used the glow tonic.
