A while ago I reviewed the Dulce’s Lip Candy from Pixi Beauty, but there are a lot of products from Pixi Beauty which are worth reviewing. That’s why I review the Café con Dulce palette from Pixi Beauty today. This is a beautiful palette for your eyes, but you can also use it as a highlighter.
Café con Dulce palette from Pixi Beauty
This is the Café con Dulce palette. As you can see, the palette only contains shimmery colors. The colors are really beautiful and can, therefore, be used for many different things. The first row can be used as a highlighter and of course for an eye look. Besides that, the second row can be used as a blush/highlighter and for an eye look. Finally, the lower colors can only be used for an eye look.
The palette is quite sturdy and is made of plastic. In addition, the palette is rather flat, which makes it easier to take the palette with you when traveling. The pans are also really big, which is very nice. If you have a color that you really love, then you have at least more than enough to do for a long time.
Swatches
These are the swatches of the palette. As you can see, the colors are super pigmented. These are really beautiful colors and I can definitely make a look with this. I would use the lighter colors as a highlighter and for in my eye corner. Besides that, I would use the pink colors for the eye look itself. I would use the last three colors for an eye look.
As you can see, the palette only contains shimmery colors. This can, of course, be an advantage, but also a disadvantage. For example, it is very difficult to make an eye look with just these shimmery colors. For this, you should really have a few matte colors. I have made the eye look below with a few of these shimmery colors, but I have also used another palette of Pixibeauty. About this palette will soon be a review.
The colors I used for this eye look are brillante in the corner of my eye, Piruli for my eyelid and two other colors of the other Pixibeauty palette.
