Bloggers need to give the right example for readers, this is what I hear a lot. A lot of people say that bloggers are pretty much role models for the readers, but also the people around them. Does this mean that bloggers always need to do the right thing? That they need to do everything right and especially not the wrong thing?
I think that a lot of bloggers struggle with this. What do you need to put online and what not, because a lot of people take what you say. Take as example reviews. When a blogger say something positive in this review, then most people think that this is true (what mostly is ofcourse!). So this means that most people take what bloggers say. Do bloggers need to give the right example?
This for example, blogger A writes a blog about her disease. This is only because she wants to express her feeling and to help other people? Some people think really different about this. They think that because she writes, she searches for attention. So she feels better because of the attention. This is not true and so totally nonsense.
What if a blogger writes about really nice food, but what’s really bad for you? Then it is not the right example and it’s really unhealthy for you. But on the other side the food makes the person really happy and that’s good right?
Or think, I write a review about a beauty product and I’m really positive about this product. It can be that a reader doesn’t like this product at all. That doesn’t mean that I gave the wrong example or the wrong explanation? This doesn’t mean that I as a blogger has failed and that I really need comments about this, right?
I think the right example doesn’t exist at all. For everyone is the right example different. It’s the same like an opinion of someone, it’s all different. That’s why arguments exists and that’s why you can sometimes better shut your mouth.
What’s your opinion about this?
